Title: Sweet Sour Beef Balls

1lbGround beef
1 Egg
1tbCornstarch
1tsSalt
2tbOnion, finely chopped
  Few grains of pepper
1tbOil
1cPineapple juice
1tbSoy sauce
3tbVinegar
6tbWater
1/2cSugar
4slPineapple
3lgGreen peppers

Mix beef, egg, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, salt, onion, and pepper. Form into small balls, 20 or more. Brown them in a small amount of oil. Drain. To 1 tablespoon of oil, add pineapple juice and cook slowly for a few minutes. Add mixture of cornstarch, soy sauce, vinegar, water, and sugar. Cook until it thickens, stirring constantly. Add meat balls, cut up pineapple, and green pepper, cut into strips. Heat thoroughly. Serve hot with steamed rice. Randy Rigg
